• 2 Bunches of parsley
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • 2 green onions (White & Green part)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup of Hboubna Burghol Brown Fine (Bulgur)
  • Pinch of Hboubna Salt
  • Pinch of Hboubna black pepper


  • Chop the parsley, mint, onions and tomatoes
  • In a large bowl, mix the ingredients together
  • Add the Hboubna Bulgur to the mixture
  • Dress the salad with the olive oil and lemon juice
  • Add Hboubna salt and pepper upon your taste
