Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Hboubna Broad White Lentils
- 1/4 Cup Hboubna Italian Rice (or any other Hboubna rice of your choice)
- 2 Chopped and Fried Onions
- 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Hboubna Salt upon taste
How to make Mujadara:
1- Wash Hboubna Rice and Hboubna lentils
2- Cook the Hboubna lentils with water until they’re tender (around 15 minutes)
3- Add the fried onions to the Hboubna lentils
4- Add Hboubna rice to the mixture
5- Let it cook for around 10 minutes
You can add some fried onions at the top of your plate for more pleasure.
