Ingredients:
- 2 Bunches of parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (optional)
- 2 green onions (White & Green part)
- 3 tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/3 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup of Hboubna Burghol Brown Fine (Bulgur)
- Pinch of Hboubna Salt
- Pinch of Hboubna black pepper
Method:
- Chop the parsley, mint, onions and tomatoes
- In a large bowl, mix the ingredients together
- Add the Hboubna Bulgur to the mixture
- Dress the salad with the olive oil and lemon juice
- Add Hboubna salt and pepper upon your taste
